The price includes
» Full 24 hour rent;
» Third Party Liability;
» Maintenance costs, except fuel;
» Exchange of the car in case of a mechanical damage;
» Road taxes;
» Full car insurance, which relieves the customer from liability in case of damage or theft of the vehicle, except for:
    - Obvious damage of tyres from neglect driving;
    - Driving under the impact of alcohol or drugs;
    - Missing written statement, issued by the authorities, in case of an accident;
The payment for the whole period of renting is due at the moment of receiving the vehicle. The payment could be in cash, through bank transfer or by credit card (CC) accepted in the firm;

Deposit
» Upon renting within the territory of the country, an amount of Euro 100 to 300 is payable as a deposit, depending on the car category. This amount is negotiable for traveling abroad;
» For the CC holders, the deposit could be blocked in their account;
» With the deposit, the renter bear responsibility for missing parts or damages, due to negligence or when written statement is missing as a proof for such cases;
» The deposit is to be refunded to the render after the car has been inspected and accepted back by the employee of the firm;

Delivery/Return
» The car is hired with full tank and has to be returned full. If the tank is not full, the missing fuel will be charged at Euro 1 per litter;
»No additional fee in event of giving/receiving the car in not-working hours;
» In case the renter hire/return the car at the Airport or other appointed place, a fee of Euro 10 will be charged;

One way rental
» Delivery or return of the car could be done in different cities upon additionally agreed conditions;

Hire a driver
» The cars could be hired with a driver at the fee of Euro 18 per one working day.;
» All expenses related to hiring a driver for more than one working day out of Sofia, are payable from the renter;

Travelling Abroad
» Traveling abroad with a rented vehicle is subject of special agreement and additional conditions;

Equipment
» Additional equipment, such as snow tyre-chains, roof and ski rack, baby seat etc. is available on customer’s request;

Requirements to the renter
» The renter must have a valid driving license for at least two years;
» The minimum required age of a renter is 21;

Accidents,damages or thefts
» In case of an accident, the renter is obliged to inform immediately the companies representatives and the authorities (Police), thus a written statement will be issued;
» In case of a damage, for which the renter is not responsible, and if it could not be repaired at the moment, the firm is obliged to change the car at any place in the country within 24 hours and free of charge;
» In case of a theft, the renter must inform immediately the firm’s representatives and to provide them with the car license plus the car keys;
» Expenses for repairs done by the renter, where the firm's representatives are informed for, are refundable to the renter, based on the related documents;

Discounts and Benefits
» Weekend tariffs – the car is to be rented at 16:00h on Friday until 10:00 on Monday at discounted prices as stated in the pricelist;
» For regular customers, who had used our services for more than 5 times, a discount of 5% is granted!
